- Is this still available?
If it's listed here, then it is. However, there are instances that upon ordering, the item is still in stock, but may have went out of stock before you could checkout. Ordering the product is your best option for confirming availability. Alternatively, you can reserve a product via email or message in the Collectivores Facebook page.
- How to order?
Go to your chosen toy's page and click "Add to Cart". Do this with all other products you want to order. Clicking "Checkout" in the cart takes you to the Checkout page wherein you put your contact information and address for shipping. You are also given an option to save this info for your next purchase. Clicking "Buy it now" directly takes you to the checkout page, but will just list that specific toy and won't let you add anymore products in that order. However, you may buy more items in another order.
Alternative ways to order/purchase: Send a message to our Facebook page or to our email. Indicate the item name. Upon confirmation of availability of the item/s, please provide name, address, and contact details. Payment and delivery will then be discussed.
- How do I get my ordered/purchased toys?
If you placed an order in the website, your purchase will be delivered to your indicated address within Metro Manila. If shipping to outside Metro Manila, rates will be calculated according to a chosen courier service. Contact us for more details.
If you ordered via email of Facebook page, our representative will let give you all the details you need for the purchase.
- What if I got a defective toy?
Check to see what specific problem is with the toy. There unavoidable inconsistencies with each product, but if it causes the toy to not perform like it should (missing parts, wrong parts, not fitting parts, loose parts, broken parts) then notify us to discuss the problem and we'll forward it to the manufacturer for confirmation and possible replacements.
- What is your policy on replacements and returns/refunds?
All items are delivered as it was received from the toy manufacturers. There is no tampering from our end, and as such, any quality issue is solely on the toy brands/manufacturers shoulders. That's why products we choose to sell are picked carefully. We only want quality alternative toys in our store. There are lots of different toy brands from which we get our toys. Some of them offer quick replacements, while others do not. Either way, we won't leave you stuck with an undesirable product, so we offer replacements and refunds when absolutely necessary. To know if you're toy is eligible for replacement or refund:
- Make sure all the toy is complete or as received. Complete with box, manuals, and other packaging materials. Tapes/strings can be cut.
- No damage inflicted to the toy. Send photos of the product and its defects.
- Toy manufacturer or our supplier will decide whether the refund/replacement is necessary.
- Sale and discounts
Stay updated with promos and events by staying tuned to our Facebook page or by entering your email in the sites in the "Get connected" section.
Discounts available for fully paid items with the Makati pickup option.
- How do I get more details/info about the toy/s?
You may request for more product info not listed in the toy's description. Contact us thru the Facebook page or email. Rest assured that we'll provide as much info as we can possibly acquire about the product.
- I'm looking for a toy, but I can't find it here. Will you have this specific toy soon?
We encourage you to ask for a toy you want. We may have it planned in the future. If not, we may consider it.
- What are the toy brands/manufacturers included in your listings?
There are lost of brands and toy lines and they are mostly connected with each other. From what you will see in their packaging, we have:
